Regular followers will know by now that we love the mix of new and established businesses inside Durham Market Hall, and we were delighted to recently catch up with Diane at the recently opened Little Bit Cookie – as featured in the Northern Echo just a few days ago!
Occupying a stall between our previous cover stars Health Barn and Real Fancy, Little Bit Cookie – as the name suggests – specialises in cookies and cup cakes to take away, while also offering a bespoke celebration cakes service if you want to order something for a particular event or celebration.
Diane has been cake decorating since she was 19 – we were polite and didn’t ask how many years that amounts to – but it certainly means she very talented and knows what she’s doing!
